Community Support
If you run into any issues accessing or using our APIs or PixelFlow, you can reach out to our team and the larger community on discord server and post your queries in the respective channels.
Start with #ai-support-bot to ask our support bot. If you are unable to resolve your queries, drop in to #platform-support or #billing-support to get help from any of the team members.
Dedicated Support
Scale accounts get a dedicated support channel on discord, created automatically when you subscribe, and we email you the invite link. It is read by our engineers rather than a bot, and carries a one business day response target.
If you are on a Scale plan and cannot see your channel, reach out in the #platform-support channel on discord and we will set it up.
