  • The subscription must be active or recently canceled at the time of the request.

  • Refund requests must be submitted before the unused credits expire.

Process

  • A manual refund will be issued for the approved amount, minus any applicable transaction fees.

3. Final Authority

Segmind reserves the final right to approve or deny any refund request based on the validity, usage, and expiration status of the remaining credits.


4. Processing Time

We aim to process all refund requests as quickly as possible. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
