If you run into any issues accessing or using our APIs or PixelFlow, you can reach out to our team on discord server and post your queries in the respective channels.
Start with #ai-support-bot to ask AI, and if you're unable to resolve your queries, drop in to #platform-support or #billing-support to get help from any of the team members.
All Business/Enterprise customers have a dedicated support group on discord, which is created on signup, and is entitled to priority support.
